Confidentiality
We maintain the utmost in patient confidentiality. The Washington Surgi-Clinic’s policy is to follow the legal consent requirement of the District of Columbia.
No parental or guardian consent is required to have an abortion or seek any OB/GYN services, including terminations, birth control or treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
Fees
The fees will be estimated by last menstrual period (LMP) and determined by the ultrasound findings.
All fees must be paid up front before services are rendered. We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Financial Help
When you call to schedule your appointment or when one of our staff call to confirm your online appointment request, be sure to ask about financial assistance. Our staff will provide you with all your options, including connecting you with resources like abortion funds to help make the procedure affordable.
